What does open-air mean?

Standard "booths" are limited to number of people that you can cram into a tiny space.  With an open-air booth, easily fit 12+ people in your shot!  

With the booth being out in the open, more EXCITEMENT builds around the booth.  It's not uncommon for a line to be present the entire night!
